Payment options for rates, water and tax invoices

You can use POSTbillpay's phone service 24 hours a day, 7 days a week to pay invoices over the phone using your credit card.

You can set up a direct debit with us for your rates and water notices and Council invoices.

We will debit the cheque or savings account you nominate.

To set up a direct debit, complete our direct debit request forms and return them to us.

You can choose to pay via Council's E-Services Portal. Use the left hand menu on the portals homepage to perfom tasks such as paying bills, applying for applications or submitting a request.

If you are having difficulty paying your accounts, please contact us to make a payment arrangement.

If you are experiencing financial hardship and the rated property is your main place of residence, you may be able to apply for hardship relief.
