Public notice: Lease for estate signage – Saltwood Drive, Rosedale

Council welcomes comments from the community about a lease for estate signage and landscaping at Rosedale.

Council proposes to grant a five-year lease and renewals to the owners of land adjoining the road reserve being Lot 1 DP 1299768 to install estate signage and landscaping in the Council road reserve at Saltwood Drive, Rosedale.

Any person is entitled to make submissions to Council with respect to the proposed lease until 25 August 2024 at 4pm. Please quote ‘LLC0518’ in your written comments.

This notice is given in accordance with Section 154 of the Roads Act 1993.
