Book a venue
Council provides a range of hireable spaces that encourage social, recreational, and cultural participation.
Our sport grounds, meeting rooms, halls, and other venues are available for casual or regular hire. You can browse, book, and pay online.
We have classic community halls, modern meeting spaces and well-equipped function centres to suit most needs. Once you’ve found the right venue, follow the steps to make your booking.
Council takes regular bookings prior to the commencement of each calendar year. Contact Council to make a regular booking.
If you represent a sporting club, we can help you reserve facilities for regular training and competition matches. Check Council's seasonal hire policy and code of practice.

You can add dates for special events like carnivals or tournaments to your online bookings.

Eurobodalla’s many beaches and outdoor recreation spaces make great settings for weddings and other special ceremonies.
- There are no fees to hold your ceremony at one of Eurobodalla's beaches, reserves, or parks.
- To book your site, contact Council's booking office to discuss your needs and check availability.
- Keep in mind that we cannot offer exclusive use of public recreation spaces.
Once you have confirmed your dates, complete and submit your application form.

- Adhere to all NSW Government restrictions.
- Equipment limits are: 1 pop-up marquee (max. 6m x 3m), 1 table and up to 30 chairs.
- Carry all your items to and from the site. Vehicles are not allowed on beaches or reserves.
- Limit your event to no more than 3 hours (including set up and pack up).
- Confetti or rice is not permitted. Rose petals are acceptable.
- Please leave the area in a clean and tidy condition.
- Guests must comply with all other sign posted regulations in the area
- You cannot hold your reception on public land.
- You cannot climb on Council buildings or structures (play equipment excepted).
You must adhere to Council’s revised terms and conditions to book any Council facilities.
Fees and charges apply for the use of all Council venues.

When you make a tentative booking in our online booking system you will be issued a quote which gives you a breakdown of all the fees and charges applicable to your hire.
