Be well, eat well workshop three - Moruya

Cost: free
Ignite a love of cooking healthy food at this free workshop. This is week three of a series of workshops where you will:
- prepare and cook afternoon tea
- visit a local farmers' market to learn about local farming
- shop together and learn about local produce.
The workshops are hands-on and hosted by an experienced food educator. At the end of all three workshops you will have:
- made two lunches and one afternoon tea
- received a free cookbook
- received a box of fresh vegetables.
You must bring a chopping board, knife, and apron.
