Where: Moruya Library, Vulcan Street, Moruya

Get buzzy in plastic free July.

Learn how to make beeswax wraps, a creative and sustainable way to keep food fresh. Bring your own piece of material or repurpose something you have. Don’t go out and buy new fabric. Natural fabric such as cotton, hemp or linen are best. Synthetic fabrics that contain polyester or nylon will not absorb the beeswax.

Meet a local beekeeper and learn how vital bees are for our ecosystems and life. This workshop is suitable for anyone age 15 and above.
