Councillors
The Council is a body of nine members who are elected for a four year term to carry out duties under the provisions of the Local Government Act and Regulations.
The Mayor is popularly elected every four years by the community at the local government elections. Deputy Mayor is elected by the elected Council at the first Council Meeting of term.
Your Eurobodalla Shire councillors were elected at the local government election on Saturday 14 September 2024. Councillors voted at the first Council Meeting to elect a Deputy Mayor for 12 months by secret ballot. Councillor Anthony Mayne was elected unopposed.
