OOSH Kids

OOSH Kids provides a great place for kids to hang out, have fun, and be active after school and during school holidays.

Our centres are staffed by friendly and qualified child care professionals and offer stimulating and nurturing environments for children aged 5 to 12 years.

Activities include sports, games, art and craft, cooking, excursions and creative play.

Batemans Bay OOSH:

OOSH after school

  • Our after school program operates during school terms (excluding public holidays).
  • Care is available Monday to Friday from when school finishes to 6pm.
  • Healthy afternoon tea is provided.

OOSH in school holidays

  • Our program runs during the school holidays and on pupil free days (excluding public holidays).
  • OOSH school holiday care is open Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm.

How to enrol and book

Anyone with primary school aged children can use OOSH Kids.

  • First, you need to register which will place you on our OOSH Kids wait list.
  • Once your child is enrolled with OOSH Kids, you can book regular after school and school holiday care.

To enrol

When a place becomes available one of our OOSH centre educators will contact you and email a link to the online enrolment form for completion.

You will need to scan or photograph the following documentation and upload them:

  • birth certificate
  • immunisation history statement
  • current parenting orders, parenting plans or court orders – if applicable
  • current health management plan – if your child has:
    • allergies
    • asthma
    • anaphylaxis
    • other health conditions.

Once your completed enrolment form has been received, you will be invited to attend an orientation appointment at the centre.

During the appointment, you’ll discuss with OOSH centre staff which days your child will attend and complete a booking form together.

Booking forms can be downloaded from Council's website.

  • After school care booking form is to be completed with the OOSH centre staff.
  • School holiday booking form will be available prior to school holidays and must be submitted to the OOSH centre during Booking Week.
