Provision for variation to the amount: This contract may be subject to variation, the details of which will be declared if and when any variation occurs.

Amount subject to CPI increases along with bitumen rise and fall rates. Final value also subject to actual areas.

Provisions for renegotiation: Contract includes an optional 1 x 12 months option. In the second year of the contract, it will be determined whether to utilise this option or to go back out to the market.
