Share your expertise on a Council advisory committee
Published: 27 March 2025
Applications are invited from members of the community to join Eurobodalla Council’s advisory committees.
Residents with expertise and experience relevant to climate and environment, disability inclusion, Aboriginal community representation and heritage are encouraged to apply. Each committee has at least one councillor as a member.
Mayor Mathew Hatcher said councillors want to tap into residents’ valuable expertise to help shape the direction of key projects and policies.
“Eurobodalla is full of incredible individuals with unique skills and experiences,” Mayor Hatcher said.
“We’d love to see those talents come together on these committees to review policies and plans in development, give staff feedback and advice on projects, and share their ideas for the future.
“I encourage anyone with relevant skills to put their hand up and join a committee. Let’s learn from one another and achieve great things for our community."
Advisory committees typically meet four times a year at the Council offices in Moruya. The committees are:
- Aboriginal Advisory Committee
- Climate and Environment Advisory Committee
- Disability Inclusion Advisory Committee
- Heritage Advisory Committee
Head to the committee's webpage for information on your committee of interest, including the terms of reference and the online application form.
Applications close 9am, Wednesday 23 April 2025.
