The draft Batemans Bay Masterplan sets a long-term vision for our town's future, and aims to create a vibrant, sustainable, and resilient community. It supports housing diversity, improved infrastructure, economic development, community wellbeing, and climate resilience.

We're asking for the community's feedback on the draft masterplan. You'll see our video flythrough of the plan brought to life - along with a display of 3D drawings - so you can visualise our concept for the town. Your views will help shape the final masterplan and ensure it reflects the community’s aspirations for the town’s future.
