Council welcomes comments from the community about a Lease for the Moruya Golf Course.

Eurobodalla Shire Council proposes to grant a new Lease up to 20 years and renewals to Moruya Golf Club for the continued operation of the golf course within Crown Reserves 580020 and 96313 managed by Council (Lot 1 DP 1141031 and Lot 2 DP 1086325) Albert Street, Moruya.

Council will accept written submissions regarding this proposal until 4 April 2025 at 4pm. Please quote ‘LLC0066’ in your written comments.

This notice is given in accordance with Section 47 of the Local Government Act 1993.
