Food Waste Action Week workshop - Batemans Bay

Cost: free

Learn how to reduce food waste in your home by transforming:

  • excess harvests of fruits and vegetables into delicious pickles and preserves
  • leftover food scraps to new and delicious dishes!

This workshop is suitable if you are a beginner or you’re keen to experiment with different ways of preserving.

Please bring:

  • a chopping board
  • knife,
  • any excess jars
  • garden harvest, vegetables, or soft fruits.
