Information session: tummy time and active play for baby - Batemans Bay

Parents and carers of babies up to 12 months are invited to an information session presented by Rachel O’Loughlin, physiotherapist with Eurobodalla Community Health.

• when, what and why’s of tummy time
• tips and tricks for offering positive tummy play time
• ideas for incorporating tummy time into everyday routines
• moving on from tummy time
• ideas for active play and first moves.

This is a great opportunity to discuss and ask questions in a relaxed setting.

Morning tea is available for purchase at the onsite café.
